Gate Inspection
Raw materials checked at entrance gate by watchman for physical quality, then forwarded to Quality In-charge.
2nd Level
Lab Testing
Quality In-charge samples from trucks — sieve analysis, moisture content, gauge checking, hardness, and gradation. Only materials meeting IS norms are accepted.
3rd Level
Storage & Handling
Proper unloading and systematic storage of all accepted raw materials in designated areas.
